These terms set out the conditions under which Kagiyama Software (the "Operator") provides this site and the software distributed on it (the "Software").
1. Software license
The conditions for using, copying and redistributing the Software are set out in the license that comes with each program (see README.md in the download). If these terms and the license differ, the license applies.
2. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Software and this site are provided as they are. The Operator gives no warranty of any kind, including that they will work, that they are fit for a particular purpose, or that they are free of defects. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Software or this site.
3. Support (donations)
- Support is optional. It does not change the features of the Software.
- Payments are made through Ko-fi and its payment processor. Payment conditions are governed by the terms of those services.
- Supporter activation is a display-only feature offered on request as a thank-you for support. Activation codes are issued by hand and may take some days to arrive.
- The Operator is not liable if an activation code cannot be issued or is delayed.
4. Changes and discontinuation
The Operator may change or discontinue this site or the distribution of the Software without notice.
5. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these terms when necessary. The changed terms apply from the time they are posted on this site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
